Craving bake goods once in a while won’t do any harm, but it is advisable to take baked goods in moderation.

There was this time I was craving shawarma.
Not like the money wasn’t there, but it was unnecessary expense and it was sold close to my house.
So, I only took a good long walk, I walked a for awhile and it helped take my mind off it.
This worked for me, all I did was distancing myself.
