Lately, people see self care as only skin care, but its far more than that. Its mental health, self love and the likes. The way you feel about you can also be self care.

Support Yourself :

Its important to get support from family and of course friends, but there’s a lot in supporting oneself. If you already have a support system then great but if not, Support yourself. Tell yourself “I CAN DO THIS” and see yourself grow. Works for me.

Pray for yourself :

This part is key, take out time to pray for yourself. Your business, your health, your peace and the likes. Talking to God helps more than anything. Try this out today!

Speak highly of yourself:

People call this pride, but in the actual sense its nothing near pride. Its appreciation, for the hard work you put into yourself, self appreciation is necessary. I mean it’s okay to say nice things about you.

Motivate yourself:

Don’t wait for anyone to do this for you. Cultivate the habit of seeing other peoples wins as a motivation on its own, keep pushing fam!

Love yourself :

self love is self care. Fall in love with your flaws , be it beauty or otherwise while working through those flaws. Say nicer things to yourself not forgetting the realest person you have IS YOU.

Believe in yourself :

The thing is no one is going to do this part for you, take care of your thoughts, for whatever you think you are is exactly what you are.
