this is simply something done often and becomes part of a person, a lifestyle.
There are habits that are worse than others, like the bad habits and good ones. Take for instance GUILTY PLEASURES. Made a post about guilty pleasure and explained how we all have that one thing we know its wrong but we cant just stop doing them

late night snacking is one habit i been working on to finally get this healthy lifestyle on. well that’s a completely different type of habit, its a fact there are bad habits that’d definitely stain ones lifestyle.
That’s of course smoking, doing drugs, fraud and the likes. Then there are the habits that are lowkey needed to be stopped. check these out;
getting the latest shoes, bags, hair, phones even when they arent needed.
the love for junk, ice cream, pizza and the likes. dont looka me!
This part is one this generation has made seem alright, but isnt.

Even little things that seem as nothing, after a while matures into a full blown habit and lets not even go into the part how difficult it is to completely stop a full blown habit.
Take my situation as a lesson lol, and if you’re like me, its not cute to snack so late at night. Heard some call it cute, hell no, its not.
