They serve as portals to numerous dimensions and galaxies…from the comfort of my couch I could be in a spaceship on alien planet facing off against enemy forces or I could be in the 1700s learning slavery.
I can be anything and anywhere, just with a book! So this is me sharing my guilty pleasure with you.
Have you ever wondered how you’re ever going to raise your child?.
In these times, with conflicting messages thrown at us.
we wonder and worry about what will be passed down to our offspring, ” Dear Ijeawele” by Chimamanda ngozi adichie is one of those books to get your on the right path to being prepared.
In this book, she outlined a fifteen point manifesto on how to raise your child.
I was drawn in by the writing style unique to Adichie, couldn’t stop reading till I was done. It raised important questions we all need to answer before we can think of passing values down to the next generation.
This is a good read for book lovers and everyone looking for enlightenment as well as entertainment.
