Let’s take out time to explain this, it is simply a very depressing time for females – I am female!
The discomfort, the crave for what you shouldn’t take(sugar) , the mood swings, body pain, breakouts and the feeling of living outside your body.
Some ways to relief period pain?
These are ways for a little relief
– bathe with warm water:
Very helpful, or place a warm cloth on your stomach for relief.
– relax ( sleeping helps plus little or no work):
Getting plenty of rest is very important while taking care of yourself.
– put a pillow under your knee while laying down:
Place pillow under your knee not on your face. This is said to be very helpful, its relaxing.
– avoid sugary things:
Try as much as you can. This part can get tough lol, given the whole craving.
– use of drugs:
So many reviews of the use drug, I used a drug some red capsule and it worked real well for me, 30 minutes and its better. Saw some bad review about the drug, how people with ulcer should not take the drug. There are some drugs made for it like panadol period pain.
One time at the pool with some friends, It started as little cramps and everything annoyed and frustrated me, then there was the pain and to think I expected it two weeks later. Sometimes its unexpected so its best to be prepared, unexpected period pain hurts more than heartbreak!
So many experiences with period pain, even for the guys – I mean with their girlfriends and all, heard a lot of complaints about this same issue.
