5 Tips for Selecting True Friends

Some people become friends because of common interest and some because of situations they’ve overcome together, friendship shouldn’t be taken for granted – I mean these people we call friends play a vital role in our lives.

First of, you should know your friends can change your way of thinking if you don’t stand by your truth.

#1- Choose honest friends
No too much talk, friends that say the truth are very important and at every point we need people that’d say the truth to us, because honesty makes the relationship grow. ‘A lying friend would embarrass you’

#2- Choose friends that has goals like you do
This part is very vital, people that has plans and impact in you positively  – I mean people that want what you want, people that has passion for something great would definitely make you have passion for great things too. People we keep close are one of the tools for success trust me!

#3 – choose friends with good sense of humour
This part is very important to me, friends need to have a good laugh almost all the time aside discussing success and the likes, your friends need to have a sense of humour to keep you happy. Happiness is important.

#4- choose friends that would stand by you
You need a support group, and your friends should make the team, people that no matter what happens they would be there for you in anyway they can. People that would hype you, support you and are always happy to see you win.
Friends you can rely on while they rely on you too, because its a two way thing.

#5- Choose friends that Get you.
Understanding is key in any relationship, even in friendship. People that would understand you and know you for who you truly are. We all need people that understands us because it is what makes the relationship last even longer.
