What state is your mental health?
People take care of their physical health but forget their mental health.
This has everything to do with sound mind, what you feel, think and how you act. You probably neglect the fact that everything we do starts from the mind – I mean we think these things and then act on them.
Poor mental health

All these can affect lifestyle , you’ll agree with me that a depressed person can’t be in a relationship until they work on themselves. You feel these things or maybe one of them and lock it inside of you, one day it’ll blow up if you keep storing all the bad stuff.
