I’m going to start by saying ‘You are enough!’
We hear about perfection every time, let’s dwell more on our imperfections.
These are flaws that make up all of us – I mean you’d agree with me that we all just want perfection but no one is.
Embrace your flaws.
They are those things you believe are not good enough, It could be features like beauty and so on. The beauty of imperfection is that, it is the reason we learn everyday, we strive for perfection and that gives us something to live for – I mean imagine everyone was perfect?
How to accept your imperfections
-stop comparing yourself to others.
-Look in the mirror and say nice things to yourself.
-Don’t listen to what people say about you.
– stop trying to please everyone.
-Read books – read!
-Make a To do list of everything you love and do them.
-Think positive thoughts about you.
-love your body!!!
Changing your flaws:
It okay to pick out those flaws you know you can work on and do something about them – for instance I promised my self to stop thinking I’m not enough for people around me and its been absolutely working.
Right now you can’t tell me nothing!😊
We are full of flaws and that’s the real beauty!
