I’ll be relating this to interesting aspect of our lives, you’ll like this! 😁
First of, we act the way we do due to many reasons, psychologist says it has to deal with temperaments and personality(big grammars)!!
let’s break down, it has to do with these;
Our emotions – how we feel
Our reactions – how we take things
Our relationships – who we are close to
Our personality – our strengths/ weaknesses
Our thoughts – what we think
Our habits – what we do often
We’ll bring all these to the lowest terms in this series.
#1- What we think:
Believe it or not, what we think is exactly who we are. Everybody thinks but what’s important is the what are we thinking – I mean most of us are over thinkers( I am guilty), I had a chat with a friend and he said he finds himself doing whatever he thinks of whether good or bad. Every thing we do has first gone through our thoughts before it becomes an action.
So check your thoughts cause whether good or bad the way you act depends on it.
#2 – how we feel
how do you feel about yourself?
What do you say to yourself when you wake up In the morning or when looking in the mirror what do you see?
A bad ass? A failure? A king/ Queen?- I look in the mirror and I’m like good morning beautiful, you are just simply awesome! Please there’s no way i’m not having a good day after that.
its okay to get moody sometimes but note that its how you feel about you that determines how you get back up.
Some emotions such as jealousy, anger, pity, shame and so on can also be reasons why we act the way we do in public and towards our loved ones.
- Here we’ll make it practical by answering some vital questions, these questions would us make understand our personality , strength and weaknesses which are vital to the way we act.
