Breathing is essential – I mean you need to breathe to live, same thing applies here one needs to breathe to feel alive.
You’d agree with me that there are situations where you’d almost give up, situations that drains all the life out of someone and its only right to put yourself first.
Some things to take a break from and just breathe
– toxic relationships
– too much pressure from loved ones
– this pandemic we currently facing
– trying to meet up some expectations , the list goes on.
Society: its okay to take a vacation on your own , with a camera and book if you’d like and cool off from all the happenings. Its okay to chill and breathe
Fear: Its okay to think positively and put your mental health first. You just need to breathe, take a break!
Too much pressure?
Its fine to put yourself first this time, Do the things that make you happy, yes! Get those things you like. Breathe!
Take a break off the news just for a bit, relax, be positive, talk to friends and family about other things.
